To make sure your home-made pasta tastes just as delicious as it did on your holiday in South Tyrol, we'll tell you our cooking tip for delicious pasta. You will find many good pasta dough recipes online and in books. Whichever one you choose, let the dough rest after mixing, as this makes it easier to roll out. If you do not use the dough immediately, do not add salt. If left to rest or dry for a long time, the dough may turn brown. The finished pasta is later cooked in salted water. However, only add the salt when the water is already boiling. It raises the temperature and ensures that the water does not cool down when the pasta is added to the pot. If you prefer your pasta al dente, be sure to let it dry first. Because only dried pasta will give you the desired consistency. Enjoy!
