How to meditate

Would you like to start meditating but don't know where to start? Here are our tips.

Silence your thoughts, let go of worries, feel at peace – if only it were always as easy as at our wellness resort in Italy. It can be with our instructions for a short meditation. You don't have to be a yogi or meditation pro to calm your mind. Just follow our lead and find inner peace.

Create a quiet place, without smartphones and noise, and sit or lie down comfortably. Become aware of your sensations and thoughts – every single one of them. Stop analysing them, just acknowledge their presence. Imagine yourself as the host welcoming everyone, whatever they embody: joy, restlessness, fear, anger, jealousy, worry ... Invite everyone to sit at your table. Everyone’s allowed to be there. Everyone is free to leave. Life is like an inn. Feelings come and go. No one is destined to stay forever.

This meditation brings moments of peace even to absolute beginners. Because with us, meditation is everything but difficult, exhausting, and boring!
