Through the practice of Qi Gong forms of meditation, concentration, and movement, and the connection of body and mind you can gently regulate the flow of Qi, your vital energy. The package includes breathing exercises, calligraphy (the art of beautiful writing) to further concentration, and various Martial Arts exercises. Led by Qi Gong Master Rudolf Braunhofer, you are guided through warming-up exercises to release tension and mobilise joints, ligaments, and tendons. And, the mind is calmed through meditative practice. Not only do you regain strength and vitality, you also learn how to be more mindful  to live your life in awareness of the present moment and to breathe correctly.
