Two worlds, one paradise: Across 3,700m² of wellness space, both those seeking tranquillity and families will find the relaxation they need.

In the Adults-only Silence Spa Garden, you can listen to the serene stillness of nature. The outdoor brine pool, luxurious sun terraces, and cosy quiet islands, as well as a variety of saunas – including the atmospheric Alpine hut sauna, a herbal steam bath, warming infrared loungers, relaxation rooms, and indoor retreat corners create an exclusive oasis for adults aged 16 and over. Here, the everyday world fades away, allowing you to breathe in calm and focus on nothing but yourself.

Even more space for relaxation awaits in the 360m² pool area, featuring indoor and outdoor pools as well as a dedicated children’s pool with slide. In the Family Spa with dress-on saunas, little ones can enjoy their first wellness experiences alongside their parents.

At the La Vita Spa, both adults and little ones can indulge in soothing massages and pampering treatments from Maria Galland, VITALIS Team Dr. Joseph, Salin de Biosel, and Ägyptos.

And the legendary Via Claudia Augusta cycle path is just a 3-minute ride away.

Staying active at Das Paradies is easy thanks to our extensive activity programme. Explore nature on guided hikes and bike tours, or bring body and mind into harmony with yoga sessions, sound bowl meditations, Pilates, Qigong, Nordic walking, and more. Rucksacks, trekking poles, and bikes can be conveniently borrowed from the hotel.

A paradise for first sauna experiences, sliding fun in the kids’ pool, and cosy moments with Mum and Dad: in our Family Spa, both young and old can enjoy precious wellness time together. Plenty of space is provided for everyone, including an indoor baby pool with water mushroom and slide, a dress-on sauna for families, cosy relaxation rooms, water beds, an outdoor kids’ pool with water slide, and a sunny lawn with cosy corners.

Little wellness enthusiasts can also indulge in spa treatments specially designed for children and teenagers.
