Terms and conditions Belvita Fidelity Card

The participation in the Belvita Fidelity Programme starts either with registration via the quality barometer, which gets sent to the guest after departure from a Belvita Hotel, or the guest can register directly via the Belvita homepage
After registration the guest receives a Belvita Fidelity member number via e-mail
Anyone, who has stayed in a Belvita Hotel as a guest, has the right to participate
In order that the vouchers can be applied, the personal Belvita member number has to be supplied during the reservation in a Belvita Hotel
The vouchers are only valid for the Belvita Fidelity member and for the rooms booked directly by the member
Vouchers arising from the Belvita Fidelity Programme can not be redeemed in cash
The personal data submitted in connection with the participation are collected, processed and used for the purpose of processing the programme, that the participant agrees to
The participation at the Belvita Fidelity programme can be terminated by both parties without specification of a reason. In the case of termination, the rights of the card holder expire immediately
Belvita reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or terminate the Fidelity Programme without notice and without specifying a reason
